Girls Hygiene Initiative

Family Legacy has just under 5,500 girls in our program of which 5,000 are of the age and maturity level to require menstrual health products for their monthly cycles. In order to provide an effective and sustainable solution for their needs, we have partnered with Days4Girls International to be our supplier of their patented feminine hygiene kits. 

Each hygiene kit includes an instruction sheet, absorbent liners, waterproof shields, soap, undergarments, washcloths, and a transport bag for washing and storing. These products come in various sizes and are designed for maximum comfort and protection. They require little water for washing and they dry quickly, and they typically have a one-year lifespan.
