Lois Ellis Memorial Fund

The Hill Wellness Center consists of a team of 32 professionals serving over 10,000 vulnerable children and adults annually throughout Lusaka, Zambia, as one component of Family Legacy’s mission to help vulnerable children reach their God-given potential. The HWC provides a wide range of outpatient and inpatient medical and counseling services free of charge. The two mottos that are commonly quoted and represent the esprit de corps of the Center are: “We treat; Jesus heals” and “We do hard.” The Hill Wellness Center is a unique aspect of Family Legacy’s ministry. Without being able to meet our children’s basic physical needs, we wouldn’t be able to also care for them spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually. The wellness center lays the groundwork for helping these children reach their full potential.
