Bauleni
The community of Bauleni is located south east of the legacy center. Most of the homes in Bauleni are either abandoned by the man of the family or has had a single parent pass on. Homes from related family are likely to join making an extended family enabling them to combine their efforts to provide food and shelter for their dependants. The average number of people per household for extended families is 9 and for nuclear families is 5.

To address these problems, Family Legacy has meetings with the caretakers in the community to talk with them on a number of issues. We are also planning to form activity groups at the Legacy Academy in Bauleni to keep our children focused on their long-term dreams and goals as well as their academic ability.
